Dry Erase Adhesive Vinyl: Buying Guide

AV 12 dry erase adhesive vinyl turns a flat wall, door or panel into a printed whiteboard. It is a 4 mil white PVC film with a clear permanent adhesive, UV printed in full color and sealed with a UV cured gloss dry erase coating, so marker wipes clean while your printed design stays.

As part of our AV roll media line, it is cut to any size up to 52" high by 159' wide. It is waterproof and UV safe for indoor and outdoor use.

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Apply the graphic to a clean, dry, smooth surface; dust, wax and moisture weaken the adhesive. Clean it afterward with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, without abrasives or solvents.

Yes, the gloss UV cured coating is made to erase clean.

Can I apply it to a wall?

Yes, it is a permanent adhesive film for flat surfaces.

Do you make rigid dry erase boards?

Yes, see dry erase foamcore, PVC board, coroplast and aluminum sandwich board.

What markers should I use?

Standard dry erase markers. Wipe them off with a dry eraser or soft cloth; avoid permanent markers and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the coating.

When will my order ship?
