Super Smooth Indoor Banner: Buying Guide

The super smooth indoor banner is UV printed on 14 mil Double White Popup, a smooth PVC sheet with white faces, so photos and fine text look sharp even when people stand right next to it. The material has low memory, so it hangs flat without creases after being rolled.

Edges are flush cut with no hems for a clean finish, and grommets are free if you want them. It is single sided, up to 52" x 100'. It is made for close-up indoor viewing and also holds up outdoors.

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Wipe the banner with a soft, damp cloth. Store it rolled with the printed side facing out, or hanging, so it stays flat and crease free.

How is it different from a 13oz vinyl banner?

It has a smoother surface for close viewing and flush cut edges. Choose 13oz vinyl for everyday outdoor banners that need hems, pole pockets or heavier finishing.

Does it have hems?

No. It is flush cut for a clean edge; grommets are optional and free.

What is the largest size?

Up to 52" high by 100' long.

Does it need lamination?

No. The UV inks protect the print, so the super smooth banner lasts without a laminate.

When will my order ship?
