Pick by how long it will last
For years outside, choose aluminum or aluminum sandwich board: they will not rust or warp. For weeks or months outside, coroplast costs far less and takes an H-stake. Indoors, foam board is the lightest and GatorFoam resists dents on large prints.
Size and shipping
Custom panels go up to 48" x 96", but panels larger than 46" x 38" (or 48" x 30") are too big to ship by parcel, so call 866-436-2101 before ordering one. Build your file at the size you order, in CMYK, as a JPEG or single-page PDF; free templates are in our design templates and artwork guide.
