High Performance Adhesive Vinyl: Buying Guide

AV 2 high performance adhesive vinyl is a 3 mil calendered PVC film with a pressure sensitive, removable adhesive. Its gray backing has air egress channels, so air escapes as you press it down for a bubble free install, and the decal can be lifted and repositioned while you line it up.

It is made for long term flat applications indoors and out. Prints are UV printed in a matte finish, single sided, up to 52" high by 159' wide.

Popular uses

  • Large wall graphics and decals
  • Labels and graphics on flat panels, doors and equipment
  • Promotional graphics that will be removed later
  • Installs where bubbles must be avoided

Care & handling

Apply the graphic to a clean, dry, smooth surface; dust, wax and moisture weaken the adhesive. Clean it afterward with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, without abrasives or solvents.

Finally stuck to our textured wall

Standard vinyl kept peeling on our slightly textured painted wall. The high performance adhesive held and the air egress backing made it a one-person install.

Reliable outdoor graphics

Applied to our trailer panels and they have stayed put through summer heat and heavy rain. The print is crisp and the matte finish looks sharp.
