Dry Erase Magnet: Buying Guide

A dry erase magnet is a 30 mil magnet with a UV printed graphic and a gloss dry erase coating. Stick it to any steel surface, write on it, wipe it clean, and move it whenever you need to.

Order custom sizes up to 24" high by 60" wide, with straight or rounded corners. It is waterproof and UV safe for indoor and outdoor use. Some car doors and refrigerators, including some stainless steel ones, are not magnetic, so test the surface first.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Write with standard dry erase markers and wipe them off with a dry eraser or soft cloth. Don’t use permanent markers, abrasive pads or solvents, which can damage the dry erase coating.

Will it stick to my refrigerator?

Only if the surface is magnetic. Some stainless steel refrigerators are not; test with a fridge magnet first.

Can I write on it outdoors?

Yes, it is waterproof and UV safe, though marker may wash off in rain.

Do rounded corners cost extra?

No. Straight and rounded corners are the same price.
