Dry Erase Coroplast: Buying Guide

A dry erase coroplast sign is a lightweight 4mm corrugated plastic sign with a UV printed graphic and a UV cured gloss dry erase coating. Print the parts that never change, then write in prices, times, names or directions and wipe them off when they change.

It is waterproof and UV safe for indoor or outdoor use, single or double sided, in custom sizes up to 48" x 96". Add an H-stake for lawns or grommets for hanging. Sizes over 46" x 38" (or 48" x 30") are too big to ship by parcel, so call 866-436-2101 before ordering one.

Production & shipping

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Write with standard dry erase markers and wipe them off with a dry eraser or soft cloth. Don’t use permanent markers, abrasive pads or solvents, which can damage the dry erase coating.

Will marker survive rain?

The sign is waterproof, but dry erase marker can wash off in rain. It works best for signs that are updated often or are under cover.

Can I get a stake?

Yes, order it with an H-stake, or choose the sign only with grommets.

Can both sides be printed?

Yes, single or double sided.

What should I print and what should I write?

Print the parts that never change, such as your logo, headings, lines or a grid, and leave open space for what you will write in and wipe off.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
