Reflective PVC Board: Buying Guide

Reflective PVC board combines our affordable 1/8" PVC board with 4 mil engineer grade reflective vinyl, for signs that stand out at night. The UV printed reflective graphic bounces headlights back to the viewer.

At 1/8" thick it fits a variety of display stands and frames and mounts easily to walls. It is waterproof and UV safe for indoor and short term outdoor use, single or double sided, up to 48" x 96". Sizes over 46" x 38" (or 48" x 30") are too big to ship by parcel, so call 866-436-2101 before ordering one.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Wipe the panel with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and pressure washers, which can scratch the print. Store panels flat or on edge, not stacked under weight, so they stay straight.

Is it good for long term outdoor use?

PVC is for indoor and short term outdoor use. For signs that stay outside for years, choose the reflective aluminum sign or sandwich board.

Will it fit my frame?

At 1/8" thick it fits most frames and display stands.

Can both sides be printed?

Yes, single or double sided.

How does reflective vinyl work?

Engineer grade prismatic film bounces light from headlights or flashlights straight back toward its source, so the graphic looks lit to drivers and walkers without any power.

When will my order ship?
