Reflective Coroplast: Buying Guide

Reflective coroplast signs are lightweight 4mm corrugated plastic signs faced with 4 mil reflective vinyl, so they catch headlights and stay readable around the clock. They cost far less than aluminum, which makes them a smart choice for signs that need to stay up for weeks or months rather than years.

Coroplast is waterproof and UV safe. Order the sign with an H-stake to push it straight into a lawn or roadside, or order the sign only. Custom sizes run up to 48" x 96"; anything over 46" x 38" (or 48" x 30") is too big to ship by parcel, so call 866-436-2101 before ordering one.

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Wipe the panel with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and pressure washers, which can scratch the print. Store panels flat or on edge, not stacked under weight, so they stay straight.

Reflective Coroplast questions & answers

How long does reflective coroplast last outdoors?

It is made for medium term outdoor use: waterproof and UV safe, but lighter duty than aluminum. For signs that will stay up for years, choose a reflective aluminum sandwich board.

Do I need the H-stake?

Choose the sign and H-stake set if the sign goes into soft ground. Choose the sign only if you will mount it on a wall, fence or existing frame.

Can it be double sided?

Yes, both single sided (4/0) and double sided (4/4) printing are available.

How does reflective vinyl work?

Engineer grade prismatic film bounces light from headlights or flashlights straight back toward its source, so the graphic looks lit to drivers and walkers without any power.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
