Real Estate Post: Buying Guide

Our real estate post is a lightweight PVC post and arm that one person can put up. The quick-install ground stake hammers into the ground with no digging, then the post fits over it. The arm, stake, caps and hanging hardware all store inside the post for compact transport.

Signs are double sided aluminum sandwich board, UV printed for long lasting outdoor use, with 1/4" rounded corners, pre-drilled to hang from the arm. The small post holds 24" x 18" or 24" x 36" signs and the large post 36" x 24" or 36" x 48", with 24" x 6" and 36" x 6" riders available.

Care & handling

Wipe the panel with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and pressure washers, which can scratch the print. Store panels flat or on edge, not stacked under weight, so they stay straight.
