Flag Ground Stake: Buying Guide

The ground stake is the most popular base for feather, teardrop and rectangle flags. It is zinc coated steel, so it resists rust. Drive it into soft ground and slide the flag’s bottom pole onto the connector.

A bearing in the top lets the flag turn with the wind, which keeps the graphic facing out and reduces strain on the pole. The stake is 25.6" tall and weighs 3.4 lb.

No. For hard surfaces use the cross base (with a water bag outdoors) or the square base.
