Straight Velcro Fabric Pop Up Display: Buying Guide

A straight Velcro pop-up display gives you a full trade show back wall that sets up in minutes. The accordion-style aluminum frame expands in one motion, and the dye sublimated 8.8 oz tension fabric graphic attaches with sewn-on Velcro. The fabric wraps around the sides too, so the ends of the wall are covered.

Choose 8 ft (89" W x 89" H x 12" D) or 10 ft (118" W x 89" H x 12" D). Each ships with a soft canvas bag at 27 or 31 lb, or you can upgrade to a durable plastic hard case.

  • Order and approve your artwork by 4 pm Pacific time and it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.
  • When you use a template below, keep its artboard size and guidelines, design on the “Artwork” layer, and delete guide layers when it tells you to.

Care & handling

The tension fabric graphic can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and hung to dry; don’t bleach, tumble dry or iron it. Fold the frame and pack it in its bag or case after each show.

Straight Velcro Fabric Pop Up Display questions & answers

Straight or curved?

The straight wall is only 12" deep and gives you the widest flat graphic. The curved version is 24" deep and wraps slightly around your booth.

What graphic size do I design for?

The graphic wraps around the sides: 116.5" W x 89.5" H for the 8 ft and 145" W x 89.5" H for the 10 ft. Use our templates to place the front panel and side returns.

How heavy is it to travel with?

27 lb (8 ft) or 31 lb (10 ft) in the soft bag. With the podium and LED lights it weighs about 60 to 66 lb.

How do I set it up?

Pull the accordion frame open until it locks into shape, then press the graphic’s sewn-on Velcro onto the Velcro on the frame, wrapping the printed ends around the sides.

Can I get a hard case?

Yes. A durable plastic hard case is optional, and it doubles as a podium (37" W x 37" H x 20" D) at the show.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 4 pm Pacific time and it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
