10ft SEG Backlit Popup Display: Buying Guide

A backlit SEG pop-up display lights your graphic from inside. LED lights in the aluminum pop-up frame shine through 6 oz premium backlit fabric, so colors glow even in a dark exhibit hall. SEG (silicone edge graphic) fabric presses into a channel in the frame for a tight, seamless, frameless look.

Assembled, it measures 117.3" W x 87.8" H x 15" D, a full back wall for a 10 ft booth. Single sided orders include blackout fabric for the back. It ships in two boxes (44 lb and 13 lb).

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.
  • Use the template for your display size; the silicone edge is sewn around the visible graphic, so don’t add extra bleed for it.
  • When you use a template below, keep its artboard size and guidelines, design on the “Artwork” layer, and delete guide layers when it tells you to.

Wipe frames and hardware with a damp cloth. Pack every part back into its carry case after each event so nothing gets bent or lost, and keep graphics dry.

What does SEG mean?

Silicone edge graphic: a thin silicone strip is sewn around the fabric and pushed into a groove in the frame, which stretches the print tight with no visible hardware.

Is the lighting included?

Yes, the interior LED lights are part of the display. That is what makes it backlit.

What size should my artwork be?

Download the template for this display; the graphic is larger than the visible wall because it wraps into the frame.

Do you set the display up for me?

No, we ship it ready for you to assemble. The aluminum frame goes together by hand, and the download link on this page has the step-by-step setup guide.

When will my order ship?
