Custom SEG Fabric: Buying Guide

Custom SEG fabric is a silicone edge graphic made to fit hardware you already own. We print the same 6oz polyester fabric used on our SEG displays edge to edge in full CMYK, then sew a 3mm x 11mm silicone keder around it so it presses into your frame's channel.

Enter any height and width up to 40' x 10'. With the fabric, the silicone edge measures 0.44" x 0.135"; compare that with your frame before ordering.

Will it fit my frame?

Order the finished graphic size your frame calls for. The silicone edge with fabric measures 0.44" x 0.135"; check it against your frame's channel or its maker's spec sheet.

What is the largest size?

SEG or Silicon Edge Graphics can now be ordered at custom sizes to fit a customer's existing hardware extrusions. The same 6 oz polyester fabric we use with our SEG hardware is available in variable height and width. The fabric is direct UV printed in full CMYK and sewn with 10mm silicone keder.

  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds
  • Double sided products will be uploaded as two spearate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

  • Order size should match the visible graphic you require. Do not add additional bleed for the silicone edges.
