  • Built to order in Washington and California, tested before it ships, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $50, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery; your estimated ship date is shown there too. Channel letter orders of $1,000 or more ship free on the standard schedule.
  • Inspect the boxes before you sign for them. If the packaging is damaged, check the letters, file a claim with the carrier and email TR@StorefrontSignOnline.com or call 866-436-2101.
  • Pickup isn’t available; every order ships to you.

Installation

We build, test and ship your sign; we don’t install. A licensed electrician or sign installer near you mounts and connects the letters using the wiring diagram and mounting pattern that come with them. See how to install channel letters and sign permits before you schedule the work.

5-year warranty

All 7 channel letter styles are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date they ship. If something goes wrong, contact us before any repair work: repairs made without telling us first void the warranty. A covered sign is repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product. Damage from storms and other acts of nature, accidents, vandalism, misuse, or improper installation or care is not covered. Read the full channel letter warranty.

Reverse Lit Channel Letters questions & answers

How long does production take?

Stainless steel letters take about 3 weeks to make, plus shipping. A custom Pantone C color outside the standard chart adds 3 or more days.

What are the size limits?

Strokes must be at least 1/2" thick with 2" returns, or 1" thick with 3" returns. The online price covers letters up to 36" x 36"; letters up to 48" x 48" can be custom ordered for an added fee, so ask for a quote.

What artwork should I send?

A vector PDF, EPS or AI file at your final size, with every letter outlined and simplified. If a file won’t upload, use the Help button and a sign specialist will contact you.

How long is the power cord?

Each sign comes with a standard 3 ft cord. A longer cord, an 8 ft 3-outlet 120V extension cord, and mounting accessories (stand-off screws, mounting screws and wiring) can be added for an extra charge.
