Curved Velcro Fabric Pop Up Display: Buying Guide

A curved Velcro pop-up display gives your booth a gentle wraparound back wall that frames whoever stands in front of it. The accordion aluminum frame pops open in one motion, and the dye sublimated 8.8 oz tension fabric attaches with sewn-on Velcro and wraps the sides for clean ends.

Choose 8 ft (90" W x 89" H x 24" D) or 10 ft (112" W x 89" H x 24" D). It ships in a soft canvas bag (27 or 31 lb) with an optional plastic hard case.

Production & shipping

  • Order and approve your artwork by 4 pm Pacific time and it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.
  • When you use a template below, keep its artboard size and guidelines, design on the “Artwork” layer, and delete guide layers when it tells you to.

Care & handling

The tension fabric graphic can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and hung to dry; don’t bleach, tumble dry or iron it. Fold the frame and pack it in its bag or case after each show.

Curved or straight?

The curve gives a more dimensional, enclosing look and takes 24" of depth. The straight version is just 12" deep and slightly wider.

What graphic size do I design for?

108" W x 89.5" H for the 8 ft and 134" W x 89.5" H for the 10 ft, including the side wraps. Use our templates for exact panel positions.

Is a case included?

A soft canvas bag is included. A durable plastic hard case is optional.

How do I set it up?

Pull the accordion frame open until it locks into shape, then press the graphic’s sewn-on Velcro onto the Velcro on the frame, wrapping the printed ends around the sides.

Can I get a hard case?

Yes. A durable plastic hard case is optional, and it doubles as a podium (37" W x 37" H x 20" D) at the show.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 4 pm Pacific time and it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
