Custom Acrylic Prints: Buying Guide

An acrylic print gives your image a deep, glossy, modern look. A clear gloss vinyl print is face mounted to the back of a 1/4" plexiglass panel and backed with white vinyl, so colors look bright and saturated through the acrylic.

Chrome standoff hardware and mounting screws are included. The standoffs hold the print 1 inch off the wall so it seems to float. Choose 16" x 24", 20" x 30" or 24" x 36".

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.
  • Pickup isn’t available; every order ships to you. See shipping & returns for details.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Dust the acrylic with a soft microfiber cloth. For smudges, use a little water or a cleaner made for acrylic; avoid paper towels and glass cleaners with ammonia, which can scratch or cloud it.

How is it mounted?

With the included 1 inch chrome standoffs and screws, through the four corners of the acrylic into the wall.

Can I order a custom size?

Not at the moment. Acrylic prints come in 16" x 24", 20" x 30" and 24" x 36".

Is the print on the front of the acrylic?

No. It is mounted behind the acrylic, so the plexiglass protects the image and gives it a glossy finish.

Is the hanging hardware included?

Yes. Each print comes pre-drilled with 1" chrome standoffs and mounting screws.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
