Standard Retractable Banner Stand: Buying Guide

The Standard retractable banner stand is our lightweight, economical banner stand. Two feet rotate out from the compact aluminum base for stability and fold back in for storage, and the banner rolls into the base in seconds when the show is over.

Choose a UV printed fabric insert with curl free edges and gray blockout backing, or 13oz matte vinyl. Keep important elements 1" from the top and 3" from the bottom. A carry bag is included and LED lights are optional.

Production & shipping

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.
  • Pickup isn’t available; every order ships to you. See shipping & returns for details.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.

Care & handling

Retract or fold the stand and pack it in its carry bag after each use. Keep the graphic dry and wipe it with a soft, damp cloth if it gets marked.

How long does setup take?

Can I replace the banner later?

Yes, order the insert only to put a new graphic in your stand.

How much margin should my artwork have?

Keep text and logos at least 1" from the top and 3" from the bottom. The bottom of the graphic sits inside the base, so anything closer to the edges may be hidden.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
