Deluxe Retractable Banner Stand: Buying Guide

The Deluxe retractable banner stand is a step up from our Standard model, with a sleek wide base and chrome end caps. An adjustable telescopic pole lets you set the display height, and when you are done the banner rolls back into the aluminum base and goes in the included carry bag.

Choose a UV printed fabric insert with blockout backing and curl free edges, or 13oz matte vinyl. Keep important text 1" from the top and 3" from the bottom so it stays visible. LED lights are optional.

Production & shipping

  • Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Orders of more than 100 pieces need two extra business days.
  • Printed to order in Renton, Washington, and shipped to all 50 states.
  • At checkout, choose standard shipping (3–6 business days) from $18, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. Orders of $100 or more ship free on the standard schedule.
  • Pickup isn’t available; every order ships to you. See shipping & returns for details.

Artwork & file setup

  • Upload a JPEG or a single-page PDF, up to 300 MB, built at the exact size you order. Artwork at a different size is scaled to fit.
  • Use CMYK color, convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK, and outline your fonts. Raster images need 150 dpi at full size.
  • Leave off crop marks and bleed. Double sided items take one file per side unless the template says otherwise.
  • Keep important elements 1" from the top and 3" from the bottom of the graphic.
  • When you use a template below, keep its artboard size and guidelines, design on the “Artwork” layer, and delete guide layers when it tells you to.

Care & handling

Retract or fold the stand and pack it in its carry bag after each use. Keep the graphic dry and wipe it with a soft, damp cloth if it gets marked.

Fabric or vinyl insert?

Fabric has blockout backing and curl free edges for a premium look. 13oz matte vinyl is the classic option.

How much margin should my design have?

Keep important elements at least 1" from the top and 3" from the bottom.

Deluxe or Standard?

The Deluxe has a wider, heavier looking base with chrome end caps and an adjustable height pole. The Standard is lighter and more economical.

Can I add a light?

Yes, LED lights are an option for the Deluxe stand. They clip to the top of the pole and light the graphic from above.

When will my order ship?

Order and approve your artwork by 12 pm Pacific time and it ships the same business day. By 4 pm, it ships the next business day; after 4 pm, allow one more business day. Then it travels by the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
